Dr. Victoria Keener is a Researcher at the East-West Center. She leads the Pacific RISA and was Lead Author of the Hawaii and Pacific Islands chapter of the 4th US-National Climate Assessment. Dr. Keener also serves on the City of Honolulu Climate Commission. She earned a PhD in Agricultural & Biological Engineering.
