Sterling Yee is the Director of Strategic Consulting Services at Oceanit. The clients he has worked with include the State of Hawai‘i, the City & County of Honolulu and other private industry clients. His recent project experience included the organizational change management (OCM) efforts for the State of Hawai‘i business transformation initiatives. The main focus areas of the OCM effort included leadership, communication, learning and knowledge transfer, organizational structure and job redesign, and resistance management. Prior to Oceanit, Mr. Yee served as the COO of La Pietra – Hawai‘i School of Girls, as the General Auditor of Hawaiian Electric Industries, Inc (HEI).  In 2012 he was appointed by the Hawaii State Legislature to the State IT Steering Committee. He serves on the boards of the American Lung Association, the School for Examining Essential Questions of Sustainability, and other boards. Mr. Yee graduated with his bachelor’s in business administration and marketing and master’s in business administration from the University of Denver.
