Pauline Sheldon is Professor Emerita, University of Hawai’i, School of Travel Industry Management.  Her current research areas include regenerative and transformative tourism. She was the first woman President of the International Academy for the Study of Tourism, co-founded the Tourism Education Futures Initiative (TEFI), and is a Board Member of Hawai’i Green Growth.
