Nick Redding
Nick Redding is Executive Director of the Hawaii Data Collaborative. Prior to founding the Collaborative, he served as Director of Social Research and Strategy for the Ulupono Initiative, a Hawaii-focused organization working to promote locally produced food, renewable energy, clean transportation, and better management of water and waste. Nick holds a Ph.D. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, where he conducted research on the dynamics of conflict, and complexity-aware leadership.
