Kuʻu Kauanoe, Digital Producer and Reporter, Honolulu Civil Beat, was born and raised on Oʻahu, she’s spent most of her life on the Westside, graduating from Kapolei High School in 2011 and University of Hawai‘i-West Oahu in 2016.

Kuʻu holds a dual degree in English literature and creative media. Her greatest passion is serving her community through storytelling.
