Justine Nihipali serves as the Program Manager for the Office of Planning & Sustainable Development, Coastal Zone Management Program. She serves on the Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Commission, Greenhouse Gas Sequestration Task Force, and Hawaii Invasive Species Council Working Group, among others.  She has previously worked for the National Disaster Preparedness Training Center supporting course development for natural hazards. Outside of work, she enjoys chasing her two young children.
