Dr. Lemus is a faculty Specialist at the Hawaiʻi Institute of Marine Biology, developing collaborative research, academic, and outreach programs for community members and students. Her work encompasses recent service as the Interim Director of HIMB, and as director of the NSF COSEE Island Earth center in Hawaiʻi and Laulima A ʻIke Pono community research internship program.
