David Sanders
Dr. David Sanders is an Astronomer and Professor in the Institute for Astronomy, University of Hawaii at Manoa. His research focuses on understanding the cosmic origin and evolution of Luminous Infrared Starburst galaxies and Dust Obscured Active Galactic Nuclei. His former student and postdoc are the Principal Investigators for the COSMOS-Webb Survey, the largest observing program being carried out with the James Webb Space Telescope, which is planned for launch in December of this year.
