Supervisory Librarian
Meri Healey has been managing the Marine Corps Base Hawaii since she moved to Hawaii in 2013. Before that, she managed the US Army Garrison Daegu Library System, a small library system located in Daegu, South Korea that served US and Korean people working on the military bases in southwestern Korea. She grew up in North Carolina, and graduated with her MLIS from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She got her start in libraries in Charlotte, North Carolina, as part of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library System. When she’s not wearing her librarian hat, Meri is a licensed Zumba instructor and loves to spend time outdoors with her family.
